It’s easy to open a PDF file – since there are many free programs available to download. The most popular one is Acrobat Reader.

 

The problem comes when you want to edit a PDF file that you received.  The standard programs that you use to open PDF files usually does not allow you to convert them to a format that can be edited.

I remove my laptop’s battery when I am connected to the power outlet and I only insert it when I am travelling.

It’s always better for batteries to discharge to about 20% before recharging them.

It’s happened to most of us – we type an important email and we hit the send button. We trust that this important email will be delivered, but later in the day we get a phone call from an angry customer asking us why we did not keep our promise to send them the info they requested.

 

Then we see that the email is trapped in the outbox and has never been sent.

The outbox is like a holding area where mails are stored once we hit the send button. Once the mail is forwarded to our recipient – it gets moved from the outbox to the sent items folder.

Spam emails is a huge time waster. Spam is unsolicited emails that you receive – basically any email you receive that tries to sell you something that you did not sign up for.

As you start to read through them you realize that most of the emails you received over the weekend is spam.
