We recently outsourced our mail hosting and IT maintenance to IT Experts due to our own time and IT knowledge constraints.
A full analysis of our IT requirements was performed and IT Experts implemented the necessary upgrades and the changes. We now have a maintenance contract in place whereby IT Experts visit our premises on a weekly basis to perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades and backups. They also visit our office on an ad hoc basis to perform required tasks.
We find their response time to be excellent. They were particularly considerate and helpful when it came to our recent server upgrade during which they went out of their way to limit downtime.
In addition to the above, we also use IT Experts as supplier for our hardware upgrades and maintenance. We find their prices to be very competitive and we experience a quick turnaround time for the provision of quotations. We are proud to be associated with IT Experts and have to date been very satisfied with their service.
In 2008 Capricorn FM appointed IT Experts to handle our complete IT solutions.
IT Experts were highly recommended to us by another business partner. Over the years they have proven to us, that appointing them to assist us with our IT solutions was the best decision we could have made.
They understand our business, their turnaround time is excellent, they are up to date with technology, they source all our equipment at reasonable prices, they are very transparent, they have saved us money over the years and are always looking at ways to save money without compromising the product or service.
